Kapalabhati - Shinning skull breath / Cleaning breathing
This technique is a very famous breathing technique or pranayama. It helps you to clean your thoughts, your brain. It helps for improving the digestive system. It stimulates the endocrine system and especialy the pancreas and the adrenaline gland (stress regulation.)
The technique is the fallowing:
1) Sit confortablu in a crosed legs positions or sit on a chair.
2) Start to breathing from the abdominal area. Do it during fews minutes.
3) Then start to exhale dynamicaly like a pump (gusset) and do not insist for the next inhalation. It will come naturally with the energetic bounce of the inhalation. You will continue for 30 seconds. Then you relax few breathing and you will start again 2 more cycle of this breathing. Be aware that even if the exhalation is dynamic it doesn't mean that it is not controlled. And please do not strain. If you are not able to do this exhalation just breath naturally from the abdomen! And slowly by slowly you will get consciouness on this area!
